Staged
Already outside, ready to load
Driveway, alley, garage, side yard—if it is in the open, we walk up and start loading. No path planning, no padding.
Curbside · outdoors
Driveway piles, alley clears, brush and yard debris, post-renovation leftovers—if it is already outside, it loads faster. Same-day windows when routing allows. Volume-based truck pricing you agree to before we lift.
Outdoor pickup
Items staged in the driveway, alley, or yard load fastest—no stairs, no carries, no protective padding. Same upfront pricing, same insured crews, just a quicker visit. Values match what you see when you meet the outdoor crews.
Staged
Driveway, alley, garage, side yard—if it is in the open, we walk up and start loading. No path planning, no padding.
Yard-friendly
Bagged leaves, branches, sod, lawn waste—we load yard cleanup the same day, without tearing up the grass.
Quick
Outdoor jobs often slot into the day's last hour—book early, clear the same afternoon.
What we haul
From a single curbside item to a full alley clear. Same crew, same pricing model—different scope every time. Dispatch still follows our curbside pickup workflow so you know what to expect.
Driveways & alleys
Furniture and bulky items already moved out for trash day, garage purges staged on the apron, alley piles after a unit turn—we roll up, load, and sweep. No drag marks on the lawn, no scraps left behind.
Book pickup →Yard & brush
Bagged leaves, branches and limbs under six feet, sod removal, post-storm yard debris, holiday décor coming down—we load yard cleanup the same day. Larger logs need a quick photo so we can bring the right tier and the right tools.
Text a photo →Post-reno
Drywall scraps, lumber offcuts, demolished cabinets, flooring tear-out, bagged construction debris—we sweep up after the contractor leaves so the property is buyer-ready or move-in ready. Heavy concentrated weight (concrete, brick, tile) needs a heads-up so we plan the right truck.

Single bulky item at the curb? Mattress that the city will not take? Furniture set after a move-out? We can swing through and grab it—often same-day when the route works. Photo a quick estimate over text and we will lock the slot.

From a $150 minimum load all the way to a 400 cu ft full truck. Same upfront model—see the full tier table on our pricing page.
Itemized scope
A snapshot by zone — if you don't see your item, send a photo and we'll confirm. Routing still checks our outdoor pickup coverage map before we commit.
Single items from $120
Yard loads from $150
Mixed loads from $150
Per-item floors are starting points — see the full pricing page for every category. Hazardous materials (bulk wet paint, chemicals, asbestos, fuels, propane) stay off the truck — text a photo if you are unsure.
How pricing works
Starts at $150 for a min load (~50 cu ft) and fills up to a 400 cu ft full truck — five tiers in between. Outdoor jobs often slot a tier lower than indoor jobs because there are no carries.
Heavy concentrated weight (concrete, tile, brick) and disposal fees for select materials can adjust the total — we tell you up front, in writing.

Same crew, same pricing model — different scope when the job lives inside the home, in a business, or across a full property. When crews need to walk indoors, open in-home pickup crews for that playbook.
Indoor pickups from any room — basements, attics, walk-ups, narrow stairs included.

Outdoor pickup, yard waste, post-reno debris, pricing, and what we cannot haul.
Single items start around $120 and a mixed-load minimum is $150. Outdoor jobs are still priced by truck volume — compare our curbside pricing rates with totals from the curbside load estimator before you stage piles.
Truck-volume pricing is the same either way — you pay for the space your items use, not the time we spend. Outdoor jobs frequently fit a smaller tier because there are no stairs or long carries to slow load-out, but the rate per tier is identical.
Yes. Bagged leaves, branches under six feet, brush bundles, sod, and bagged grass clippings all load. Larger logs or stumps need a quick photo so we can confirm tier; sometimes a chainsaw cut is required before we can carry.
Yes — drywall, lumber, flooring scrap, cabinet pulls, and bagged construction debris are routine for us. Heavy concentrated weight (concrete, brick, tile, large stone) needs a heads-up so we can plan the right truck and tier.
Often no. If items are clearly staged in the driveway, alley, or curb and you have given us photos and pickup instructions, we can load and bill remotely. Same-day windows are usually available when routing allows.
We follow building rules. If your association requires same-day curb removal, dumpster permit, or specific staging hours, tell us when you book and we will time the pickup to match.
Yes. We sweep the load zone before leaving — no stray screws, packaging, or debris. Outdoor jobs often look better when we leave than when we arrived.
We do not transport hazardous materials such as fuels, solvents, bulk wet paint, asbestos, propane, or pressurized tanks outside approved recycling streams. Review the EPA HHW overview and Illinois EPA programs for background. When in doubt, text a photo before we dispatch.
