Yes. We carry general liability and auto coverage and can issue a COI naming your building, property manager, or client as additional insured. Tell us the requirement when you book and we will have it on file before the crew arrives.
Yes. We provide a W-9 on request and issue itemized invoices that work for AP teams, expense reports, and 1099 reconciliation. Net-30 terms are available for repeat business and property-management accounts.
Yes. Retail refreshes, restaurant teardowns, and office moves often run after close or on weekends so customers and staff never see a half-empty space. Tell us your access window and we will route the crew to match.
Yes. Wood pallets, plastic strapping, shrink wrap, cardboard, foam, packaging waste, and obsolete inventory are routine. For large pallet volumes or repeat removals, we set up a recurring schedule so your dock stays clear.
We remove computers, monitors, printers, copiers, and small electronics, routing recyclable e-waste to appropriate streams when facilities accept it. Reference EPA Section 608 for refrigerant-bearing gear and ENERGY STAR guidance when you are retiring appliances. For shred-required documents, we coordinate with a certified shred partner — ask when you book.
You give us building rules, dock hours, elevator reservations, and any required certificates; we handle the rest. The crew checks in with security or your building manager on arrival, and we leave the load zone broom-clean before signing out.
